Yesterday was my dad's birthday, and I didn't get a chance all day to send him some extra special wishes. Therefore, I thought I would post real quick and wish him a great day (I talked to him the day before his birthday) and a great weekend!
He is spending the weekend up north at a lake. The weather is beautiful for that kind of thing, and Ben and I had considered heading up there to spend some time. Unfortunately, we had a business seminar that we had to go to, so we didn't get a chance.
My dad has been a great big support for me for many years. He is a wonderful guy and I very happy to have him as my dad!
So anyway, Dad, I hope you had a great day yesterday and plans for a great week! We love you very much and hope to spend some time with you this week! Love you!

Hey there...this is Dad and I just read your entry. Thanks for the wishes...it was a great 60th birthday! Spent the weekend at Alan's place at Houghton Lake. We babysat 5 of his grandkids on Saturday while the parents went to the annual Bud Bash at Limberlost. Lots of people...drunk people!! And on Sun, this old guy went tubbing and I sure can feel it today. Thanks again for the Birthday wishes! BTW, you've always been there for me too!! Love ya, Dad
